Smoked Turkey Party with Chef and Pilot, Eric Rossier from Vermont
In October, 07 Eric Rossier prepared an incredible smoked turkey for all of us at the school. We were all drooling the entire day. It was a great day, and a long one for Eric, but it was worth it.
