Blake Chaplin was our youngest woman Whirly-Girl pilot. She was 14 when she began training.

I want to be a pilot because I find it to be an exhilarating experience to be trusted with the controls of a vehicle moving through the air, that really if you look at it, has no business anywhere but on the ground. From the first flight I ever took I knew I wanted to have my head in the clouds and my love of flying has only grown since then. I first wanted to try it because it looked different and exciting, and it was love at first flight
