Nick arrived from Sweden on January 5, 2009. After getting settled in the NEH apartment and meeting everyone his work begun.
Nick has become a regular face at the school, with his nose in the books and flying at every opportunity. All his hard work has paid off.
With only 22.2 hours under his belt and 17 days later, Nick flew his first solo! This is an awesome accomplishment in such record breaking times!

Dear Rhonda and John:
It has been just over four months since I started training at Northeast Helicopters. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you that NEH is the most professional flight school I’ve ever seen in 30 years, and I’ve had a very challenging and positive experience. I would also like to add that the hangar, the instructors and the maintenance staff cannot be better. In addition, Mike Rosenbush is a very qualified instructor and an extraordinary person.
Nick Ask – Pro-Trac student arrived to Northeast Helicopters right after the New Year, on January 5th, 09.
After 2-1/2 weeks of full time studying and flying with his instructor, Matt Irsfeld, Nick took his first solo flight on January 29, 2009.
Nick had 22.2 hours when he flew his first solo. Hard to believe 17 days and already going solo!
Nick deserves a great big “CONGRATULATIONS” for this achievement. Good Job!
